After 10 years of independent careers in art direction, Kristen and Alana joined forces to create Paperweight Inc, an art department collaborative with a unique focus on well managed project execution. Together with their team, they offer complete art department support to realize the designs for some of the highest profile events on live television.
Having earned their degrees in scenic design for theater, Kristen and Alana share a particular love for live events. Now, with more than 200 shows between them, they bring a unique breadth of experience in live television production to every project they do.
